To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Road and Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f) to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Management, organization, and supervision of construction sites in road and civil engineering
Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and machinery
Ensuring professional execution in accordance with plans, specifications, and regulations
Responsibility for revenue and project results within the assigned construction area
Monitoring schedules, quality, and costs
Compliance with occupational health, environmental, and safety regulations
Documentation of construction progress, measurements, and preparation of billing
Your Qualifications
Completed master craftsman qualification in road and civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in road and/or civil engineering preferred
Solid knowledge of VOB regulations and relevant technical standards
Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and assertiveness
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Valid driver’s license Class B (BE or C desirable)
